Re: Power off message - Voices & samples gone

To enter diagnostic mode press VOICE + H + PART 8 buttons simultaneously and you will get a menu. I would normally stress saving voices first but that would seem a bit redundant.

Re: Power off message - Voices & samples gone

I can't recall seeing any such and can't find any information on it. It seems vaguely familiar, perhaps from the 'System Initialization' procedure so I wonder if you accidentally triggered this process which would certainly have the effect you describe. It is in the manual if you want to review it, ...

Re: Virtual SY85 and SY99

IIRC Gospel Musicians tried this on with the EX5 but in reality it was also little more than a bunch of samples controlled through a front end.

Re: Site Maintenance

Hit F5 or Refresh - you may be seeing a cached page. If that doesn't have any effect, change your profile to one of the Elegance ones (or any different one) and click Submit, then refresh again and try.

Jim the 'New Posts' link is included in Prosilver but it is in the Quick Links menu at the top left.

It's still there Jim
Ah, but seems not to be in the 'prosilver' theme. I don't really like the 'prosilver' but I dislike it less than the 'Elegance' themes. Not a priority atm given your other more pressing issues but am I stuck with them forever if I want 'New Posts' back?

Re: Site Maintenance

I definitely liked the Country Flags. It's kinda nice to know where people are from . . . Helps to confirm the "International" status of the Forum . . . . more especially if you are recommending suppliers/dealers . . . . i.e - not helpful recommending Sweetwater to someone living in the UK . . . IY...

Re: Wildly different results in different headphones?

If you are going to spend over a grand on a top quality keyboard you should expect to pair it with something which will reproduce the audio at a decent level of quality if you are into mixing and mastering. Assuming you didn't get the WAV export wrong, Sennheisers make extremely good headphones (as ...
