Doug here in Wisconsin! I just bought a Moxf8 ! Keyboard sounds great ! I can’tfigure out how to disable the expression pedal for part one (piano) in performance mode so I can bring strings up and down with expression pedal but not the piano ! Anyone know how ?

You'll need to edit the Receive Switch settings for the relevant Parts. See [F5] RCV SW on page 69 of the MOXF Reference Manual. Expression is one of the Parameters. For your purpose, Expression should be "off" for Part 1 and "on" for whichever Part has the strings.

Yes ! I’ve already got to that point by can’t find the screen that gives me the option to turn expression on or off for each part !

Do you have the MOXF Reference Manual? If not, I suggest that you download it from Yamaha.
Performance Part Edit information begins on page 64 of that manual.
To edit a Part...
1) Press [PERFORM]
2) Select the Performance
3) Press [EDIT]
4) Select the Part (press a button [1]~[4] )
To edit the Receive Switch settings, press [F5] (see manual reference in my previous post).
