Here is a good video that sums it up, for me the pro's definitely prevail which is why I bought one the day they became available over 2 years ago (and still own it and use it a lot):

And here is a great track made entirely with the JD-Xi with no post-processing:

Really nice videos Tux. Thanks for putting those up. The guy makes some great music with his JD-Xi. Also went through the features all I thought.

Will definitely have to explore this synth in more detail.
