Yamaha P-90 MIDI/VST question

Unread post by tgavrano »

Hi,

My P-90 is connected to sound card (Focusrite Scarlett 2i4) via MIDI in and MIDI out on my MacBook Pro. Is there any way to hear my VST sound from my DAW (Logic Pro) out thru audio output on my P-90 and NOT thru computer sound card (Focusrite Scarlett 2i4)? Is it possible to control volume of that VST sound on the volume slider on the keyboard P-90?

Please help.

Thank you

I don't think so. I don't think the P-90 has USB audio input/output, and I don't see any audio jacks on the P-90 for audio input, so I don't see a way to get the audio from the computer to the keyboard.
