Dexibell Dropped by UK Distributor

Unread post by Saul » Mon Sep 09, 2019 12:00 pm

Interesting twist in the fate of Dexibell here in the UK.

As some of you will know Dexibell had long been championed and promoted by CUK Audio who it must be said provided great support to dealers and end users alike. However it appears everything in the Dexibell garden was not as rosy as it seemed.

The parent company of Dexibell, Proel have a reputation of being difficult to work with and slow in responding to dealers issues. CUK did their best to mitigate this but in the end it became unsustainable. CUK were spending more than they were making just to ensure customers were looked after.

So end result. The customer loses out and dealers lose the support of a good distributor for the Dexibell brand...although of course CUK do distribute other keyboards, Crumar being one of them and in that respect support has never been stronger.

I feel sorry for anyone who has bought a Dexibell keyboard or module. The products themselves are great but if you expect much in the way of support from the parent company I have a feeling it may be a long wait!

 Yes indeed John and boy are BA in the crapper at the moment!

This is the second time I know of that Dexibell have found themselves dropped by a UK distributor. I can't imagine who would want to take them on now :confusion-confused:
