Hi Chris, that sounds fantastic. ((i))

In our THR section a member is using his THR-5A (acoustic amp) for busking, but he needs more volume.

It would be interesting to find out exactly what gear Ollie Stephens is using.

. . . . Your wish is my command . . . . .

I emailed Ollie and got this reply:
Hi Chris

Thank you for getting in touch.

My busking gear is simply this

Amp: Bose S1 Pro
Mic: Sennheiser e835S
Guitar: Faith Venus

My amp is the most important ingredient in my setup. I’ve seen lots of folks with a Taylor guitar, say and they’re running it through The Cube or something of a lower priced and lower quality amp and they just don’t cut it (in my opinion). The Bose S1 is a lot of money but I can use it for wedding gigs where I’ll play in an area where there isn’t a power source nearby which saves me a lot of hassle. And not only that, I get the quality of tone that you guys have recognised.

Anyway I hope that helps. It there’s anything else, please let me know.

Kind regards,
Ollie Stephens
