My Mate Robin . . . .

Unread post by parametric » Tue Jun 05, 2018 4:50 pm

I knew Robin before he moved to America, playing Bass with Al . . . .

He's in the back row with a Fender Precision . . . .(?)

The rest is as they say - History . . . . 8)

I did touch base with him a few years back after discovering him on FB, living in Wales for a while, now moved to Spain . . .

Always a good tune. Some nice clean electric playing from Al and some great Alto Sax . . .

Al is a great tunesmith . . .

The first Album I bought was "Time Passages" . . . .

The Title Track at 22' 28". Robin is playing Bass and doing vocal harmonies . . .

about 14 minutes in . . . Robin switches to violin for a solo spot on "Broadway Hotel",
