format usb pen

format usb pen

i replace floppy drive with an USB pen.
i need to load in RAM memory a file biggest than 1,44 MB.
Can I format usb pen in other way to load the files ?

If the USB pen is a floppy emulator then probably it has a maximum size of 1.44Mb per emulated disk so you would not be able to exceed that size. You would have to check the documentation of the USB adapter to see if any options are available. The usual way is to install a Zip/Jaz/MO/CD/CF/SD drive using the ASIB1 SCSI interface at which point you can load a file as large as your available RAM.
