Is it poosible to make a song
loop on playback without hearing the metronome at
each loop start?

Hello. Zdubair!

I think your question, as asked, has two answers-- yes, and no-- because I think it has an unspoken second part to it.

Yes, you can mute the metronome sound during the pause before each loop.

But no, you can't eliminate the pause before each loop-- at least, not automatically. There's a way to manually trigger the loop to avoid the pause, but it's a little tricky. See the following topic:

It seems that Yamaha intended the loop feature to be used while learning to play a song, rather than for endlessly looping part of a song during a performance.
