Hi chrism,
Welcome to the Forums! Did you really need to post this question in three forums? Perhaps it would have been better placed in the Midi and Controller keyboards forum as it is a midi question. As it stands now there will likely be replies in three places and instead of people seeing the whole thread play out it will be spread out and not focused. That said, midi data has no info/data that indicates left/right hand, it indicates midi channel number, note on, etc. What you are seeking to do is best replicated by songs that were done for the keyboards that have a teaching function on them. I know of no reliable way to extract left/right parts from a midi file.
