Yamaha PSR S500 Tutorial Video

The full tutorial DVD is available from http://www.keyboard-seminare.de/index_e.html and costs €27.80 incl postage which, considering what it covers is a bit of a bargain I think.

Is this really for the PSR S500 as the video says its for the upgraded model S550 ?

I think your right but many things in the vid will also apply to the S500. In the same way that the Vid's for the Yamaha ES range also apply to the MO series of keyboards. Obviously some things will be different, I can't say about specifics but on the whole still a useful DVD for S500 owners.

I'll see if we can get the makers to comment on this just to make things crystal clear.

i ordered the dvd & it just arrived yesterday after more than 10 days. i just started to watch it. looks very professionally done. very informative video so far, although i already knew most of the contents having played the keyboard for few weeks now.

That's the one I used. Always annoys me big time when companies stick an email out there for info and then don't bother to answer enquiries to it. There's some very large companies out there, Yamaha included that really need a massive kick in the ass! It's not like email is new. More mail is sent via email now than by normal post so there is no excuse for businesses not getting it sorted.
