PLG150-AN New Editor VST/AU

Unread post by zaniah »

Hello,

I have written software for the PLG150-AN that is a copy or emulation of the original PLG150-AN software.
That original software doesn't seem to work on Windows 10. It runs but doesn't seem to be able to connect to any MIDI interfaces.

This program uses Ctrlr and can load ANS files (but not AN2 files).

Perhaps most significantly it can be loaded as a VST or AU instance within a DAW!

The program can be downloaded from the ctrlr website or sourceforge.

It is a free download and released under the GPL licence.
Search for C-PLG150-AN.

I hope someone finds it useful.

Kind regards. :music-guitarred:

Hi zaniah, welcome to the forums :)

I could not find any reference to this software on Sourceforge. Is it still there?

Hi Saul.

Best to go to Ctrlr dot org - you’ll see a link to the Sourceforge site there!

P.S.
Oh, I see tux found the URL.

Hi jnm2,

Here are a couple of screenshots!

Note the program can access the normally hidden extra LFO waveforms and the Inner VCO waveforms.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

That looks great! I've downloaded it, so I'll test it out in the next few days. Thanks!
The original software isn't reliable under the newer Windows versions.

Thanks Javelin276 and Derek,

Looking forward to hearing how it runs on different setups to my own, which is Windows 10 and the Yamaha MU100R. :)

Is possible to change or morph between scenes 1 & 2?

And I have one more question. Is it possible to edit Your plugin and fit to AN200? I only noticed in VCO You can't change to multisaw.
If I can edit in some way and add proper waves I think this editor will be fit to AN200.

Hi Albania,

I haven't tried to integrate the AN200 into the panel, because there is already an excellent panel for the AN200 here ctrlr.org/yamaha_an200/

If that panel doesn't work for you, contact me again and I will see if I can address some of your requests.

If you turn 'sync' off, you should be able to access the 'multi-saw' VCO waveform.
