fs.factory V2.4

I am pleased to announce version 2.4 of fs.factory for the FS1R synthesizer.

The main issue for this release is to sort out the MIDI access issues on MAC OS X 10.7 (Lion) and above.

Please note that in conjunction with this release a new Java MIDI Service Provider for OS X, called MMJ, is required.

You can find the new release at www.xfactory-librarians.co.uk

Installation details, including how to download and install MMJ are given on the xfactory-librarians Installation page.

I wasn't aware until now that you put a bulk converter in there for DX7 patches. Nice! You should mention this on your website.

It would also be helpful if you had a screenshot of the program somewhere on the website. Very few people download a piece of commercial software just to see what it looks like, most people just move on. That extra step is hurting your sales.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. You make good points, which I will have a think about. Sales have dropped of a little in the past few years, so perhaps time for a revamp when I get five minutes.
