Jeff, you need to hit the 'Subscribe' button and PayPal seems to be the only available option currently. If you can't use this then you should probably start a PM dialog with Saul to explore other options.

BTW as sonic2000gr pointed out (thanks!) posting open email addresses in fora (any fora) is only likely to attract unwanted attention from spammers.
