Yamaha a3000 v2 sampler fault finding

Good afternoon from England. My next problem after my yamaha rm1x failed is my A3000 sampler v2.

I thought my screen had failed so it was removed and test in another a3000 v2 and it still works.

So the problem is not the screen it's something else wrong with the unit. Can anyone help ? This is how the screen looks when I turn on the machine.
