Yamaha DX7 Sub CPU

Unread post by kooroshi60 »

Hello guys, I'm repairing a DX7 mark I which its SUB-CPU is toast. The part number is HD6805S1P. It is a Microcontroller containing Yamaha's proprietary firmware. Searching the web I found the blank chip but not the programmed one by Yamaha for DX7. I would appreciate your help if you guys can help me find a source to buy this chip.
P.S. For those who are interested in electronics. This specific microcontroller has a Self-Test mode that shows you if the chip is properly functional. You can refer to its datasheet for the schematic and more info.
Regards
Ciro
