EX7 sequencer problems :(

Unread post by dragon_x » Thu Jun 14, 2018 8:42 pm

Hello,
exploring the capabilities of the Yamaha EX7 continued ..... :)
This time I encountered a problem with the sequencer. The problem is as follows: I record the first track with the selected sound, eg Bank I1 -003, I choose track No. 2 and after any change in the sound, the instrument does not remember the sound assigned to track No. 1 and plays it with the sound selected for track No. 2. How to to assign sounds to individual tracks?
Another problem is cutting off the sounds when recording using the arpeggiator. The sound is strangely flattened, devoid of many components, it sounds strange.
I have read many times the project and searched on the internet but unfortunately I could not find a solution for the above problems.

Did you upgrade your firmware yet? For me that would be the first thing to do.
