Looking for VL1m Version 1 manual or midi specs

Does anyone have a pdf, or know where to find one? Lots of copies of the V2 Feature Reference (Owner's Manual 2) out there, but so far I haven't located one for V1. I mainly need the midi sysex definitions.

I believe there's a Perl script for V1 too so you can compare those two.

I've been looking at that, but it only partially supports V1. Most aspects of the elements aren't included, and they are definitely different from V2.

The VL1 Midi Spec is in the VL1 Service Manual. I think it's V1.

I found the YAMAHA VL1-M service manual on Elektrotanya. Thank goodness for that site.

Thank you both! Those service manuals both appear to be for version 1. I am joining the facebook group - never thought to look there for a VL1 group. And now I can happily continue writing my converter software.
