I don’t know about anyone else but I always like to keep my guitars on their stand and ready to play. The only slight problem with that is how do you protect the guitar and have it on display at the same time?
Enter G-Suit with an innovative cover that claims to offer a practical and elegant solution to keeping your guitar safe and sound when not in use.
G-Suit is made of two integrated parts: a central firm body that is designed and shaped to protect the neck, fretboard, frets and strings, and two soft wings for closure. The inner part consists of a velvet lining and includes anti-slip strips to prevent G-Suit from slipping along the neck. Two hidden rigid ledges on each side of the wings help stabilize G-Suit on the body of the guitar and make it easy and quick to apply and remove.
I’m not yet entirely convinced it “looks” right but it is certainly an interesting idea and with a little work in terms of the visual aspect of the design I could probably see myself using one.
G-Suit is currently on Kickstarter and will be available at a starting price of $30 for early-bird backers. For more information, and to pre-order G-Suit visit:
