KORG NAUTILUS – NOW WITH AFTERTOUCH!

Korg released the Nautilus back in 2020, and at the time it seemed like a more budget-friendly version of the KRONOS. Which indeed it was, sporting all 9 of the synth engines from the flagship product. But there was one area where it was lacking, there was no aftertouch. That was quite an omission. Nautilus was not that cheap when compared to the competition from Yamaha and Roland.

Korg has now rectified that situation with the Nautilus AT. It comes as a 61-note synth action and 88-note weighted hammer action and includes everything that the original was plus aftertouch. Why they have decided not to make a Nautilus AT-73 is unknown but it does seem a strange omission given the rising popularity of this form factor.

Many of the sounds in the Nautilus have now been tuned to take advantage of aftertouch. And this unlocks the potential of the Nautilus’s nine sound engines.

Available exclusively from Korg UK to customers in the UK and Ireland, the service includes a hardware and software upgrade by a Korg service engineer. The price includes the collection and return of your instrument.
