As part of The Artist Sessions, June 23rd sees Louise Golbey perform exclusively live in store at 6:00pm in the Yamaha Music London store.
Louise Golbey is a London based Neo-Soul singer/songwriter with a solid reputation on the live music scene in London and beyond. Recently she has performed at Glastonbury and the Isle Of Wight Festivals, recorded at Maida Vale studios, all whilst performing regularly at legendary venues such as Ronnie Scotts, The Hippodrome, The Jazz Cafe and Pizza Express Jazz Club in Soho.
Louise has supported and shared the stage with acclaimed artists including Ed Sheeran (he is also in one of her music videos), Paloma Faith, George Benson, Alexander O’Neal, Jarrod Lawson, Roberta Flack and most recently En Vogue at The Indigo2 to name a few.
At YML, Louise and her band will be performing songs from her album Novel which features a track with UK Soul Legend Omar, one with Mo Pleasure (Michael Jackson, Earth Wind and Fire) and one produced by Grammy award winning producer Aamir Yaqub (who worked on Rihanna’s Unapologetic album).
With such amazing talent providing live music, all on fantastic Yamaha instruments, this exclusive event is not to be missed!
