Registration Manager Features
Yamaha Registration Manager (YRM) is a Windows based program designed to simplify modification and maintenance of registrations, including the ability to convert registrations to open on different models of Yamaha keyboards.
This program can be used for the following tasks:
- Building new registration banks
- Copying registrations from existing banks
- Copying style and voice settings from existing banks
- Editing settings contained in registration buttons
- Add / Duplicate / Remove settings from registrations or bank(s)
- Converting existing registrations to load on a different listed keyboard
- Search for text, styles, voices, or multipads in a registration banks or directories
- Replace text in path names in a registration bank or directories
- Replace panel style, voice or multipad in a registration bank or directories
- Preparing numerically organized registration banks (Gig Lists)
- Creating new registration banks from Music Finder entries, panel styles or directories of custom styles
- Adding OTS voice settings to registrations
- Preparing reports on the contents of registration banks
- Verifying links to custom files contained in registrations
- Batch processing of Duplication, Conversion, Replace and Reports for up to four levels of directory
- Sample styles and voices when keyboard is attached to computer

If you have not previously installed YRM, click here for V 5.1.1 installation program for the Yamaha Registration Manager. Complete English documentation is included in a separate pdf file. There is also a German version of the documentation.
If you are already using version 5.1.1 or 5.1 Special, a new update is available to Version 5.3. Unzip the download file and follow the instructions in the included Read Me PDF file. Supplemental English and German documentation are included in the download.
If you are new to YRM, you’ll need to install version 5.1.1 first, then update with the Version 5.3 file. This a replacement for the original 5.1.1 version has been created to add new keyboards to the targets (Genos 2.0, SX900, SX700, SX600, PSR S975, PSR S775, DGX670, CVP809, CVP805), add new tasks to the program (Playlist Editor, Link Audit, Icons) and enhance features of existing tasks (multiple directory batch processing, expanded find/replace, more duplication options, registrations from panel styles or folders of custom styles and more – see supplemental documentation).
