We Stole The Kids – All In My Head Video

WSTK was formed by young artists whose ambition and creativity overshadow their age and experience, yet each member has large achievements to their individual credit. In prior projects, members of the band have performed sold out concerts at the historic Apollo Theater, Bamboozle Festival, and Bomfest, and had their EP debut in the top 10 on iTunes Rap/Hip-hop albums chart in late 2010. “

We Stole The Kids: we’re a 6 piece Electrindie/Pop/Hip Hop band from New York, and this is our debut FreEP’s first video and single, “All In My Head”. The video was shot on almost no budget in the middle of December on a beach in Long Island, New York; something that would be a great setting were it not for the 30 degree, windy weather. Singer Jess Ingui met the entire band in person for the first time just minutes before the first shot – to be honest, we’re not sure how she put up with hours of sub-freezing temperatures and having colored smoke grenades blow up in our faces, but we’re glad she did – we’ve gone on to play shows and record 3 EPs with her and couldn’t be more excited. All In My Head is the first single off of the first of these EPs, “Late Night EPisode”, which will be released for free in March.{youtube}http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwZDL1mac7A{/youtube}

After 15 straight hours of shooting on the beach, we woke up the very next day and filmed the next single, “I’m Alive”, the video for which will be released in the coming weeks.
