Yamaha has introduced the FS9 M & FS9 R concert-style acoustic guitar. Both guitars are the no-compromise accompaniment for singer-songwriters. Representing Yamaha’s top-tier craft and cutting-edge technology, they are designed to respond to the natural dynamics of your playing and particularly shines with finger picked performances.
Adirondack spruce top produces a vibrant sound with powerful projection. The FS9 M provides an African mahogany back and sides which achieves a warm and balanced sound whilst the FS9 R provides an Indian rosewood back and sides to further emphasize the guitar’s crystal-clear highs.
Japanese Kumiki woodworking inspired inlays and rope-pattern purfling give the guitar an understated humility. Every detail has been meticulously engineered to deliver the ultimate expression of acoustic artisanry.
